In The Realm Of Style: Limitless LA

Rediscover the world from the innocent perspective of childhood in Beverly Hills, California. A mischievous, playful spirit and the art of surprise with my Hollywood physician family in the land of high society. Head turner meets heart stopper in LA. This year, I am thankful for the love of my gorgeous wife, my high energy son, my blissful parents, my extended family and my glorious health.
I am also thankful to live in a country that values freedom and the fruits of hard work such as ours. Happy thanksgiving from us to the ones you love. May the happy, carefree adventure continue.

Live Every Moment In The Moment: A License For Love

Celebrating 16 years dating anniversary with the love of my life. I never thought she would show up for our date at San Francisco's City Lights Bookstore in Northbeach, and she did. In all these years the butterflies haven't gone away, I still love kissing, hugging and sexing with the woman of my dreams. Thank you Katie for going on this awesome, fun-filled adventure into abundance which now includes our vibrant son who shares our passion for well being. May there be countless more.

Does the person create the journey or does the journey create the person?

Je t'aime Paris

There is no flag large enough to cover the shame of killing innocent people. Senseless tragedy in Paris is really just a reminder that nothing is ever promised to any of us. Life is truly a gift. All families may have quarrels and bad attitudes at times, but if something ever happened to someone we love, we would be devastated. Pull in and cherish the people in your life that you love today. And every day. I will be in a state of gratefulness today that the people I love most are all safe. Mes condolences aux families de victimes. Pray for France.

There's No Time To Slow Down In A World As Beautiful As This

Get out there and get a pace going for the first 9 miles, then take it up for the last 4 miles. If you've trained well, you'll always have enough in the tank. Know when to go hard and when to back off. Here's new work for Big Sur Half Marathon. Runners, yeah we're different.

Build Character Through The Challenge Of Sport

A good run at the 2015 Big Sur half marathon. I loved every moment of it especially seeing my wife and son cheering at the finish line. Thank you Big Sur see you next year.
