I love watching championship rowing. I think both Columbia and Cal are strong American crews at the Henley Royal Regatta in 2016. It is good to be a spectator now though I miss the joy of being in an eight oar shell in the water at maximum speed sometimes. Congratulations to all crews at the Henley Royal Regatta. You are here because you were super fast somewhere else. Keep on keeping on.

Where To Go When You're In Heaven
Beyoutiful shapes in the Yosemite mountains. Very proud of my wife Katie for climbing Half-Dome in Yosemite while Cadence and I got a tandem bicycle and rode everywhere all day. Of course, nothing is ever complete without getting in a boat with my wife and son on the Merced River. Mountaineers, experience your America in Yosemite National Park.

Every Day Is Never Ordinary, Especially Father's Day
One of the greatest gifts in life is becoming a parent. As Father's day approached, my son Cadence wanted us to climb Angel Island. To fulfill his requirement for the great outdoors, we hopped on a ferry in San Francisco on Father's Day and hiked up the great mountain. The stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and surrounding area are something that a camera can marginally capture. For more information or to plan your visit go to angelisland.com.
