Things To Do Today: Running, Swimming, Boating

Listening to the waves: so relaxing. I can feel my pulse drop a few beats. Taking my son Cadence on a big boat today. Even with the rocking of the boat through the waves Cadence keeps moving with confidence. Cadence is tall for his age, FIT and loves to be in motion. We are both into big and small boats. The gusty winds and waves are incredibly fun especially when they come through the bow of the ship. And the fresh aquatic oxygen air is refreshing. We are also meeting a bunch of Cadence admirers on the bateau as well.

Scenery Fantastic

Brazen play on port continues unabashedly with my family this summer at our summer home in the Empire State – that is New York. It is a summer filled with sweatathon 8 mile runs, swims and water play including jet skiing and power boating. This afternoon we are putting in a new boat lift for the power boat to accommodate the new sail boat we are getting soon for our son Cadence to party on next summer. I am really enjoying the time together. Cadence is growing rapidly and really enjoying the bounty of play in the great outdoors.

Liquid Infatuation

Never run out of breath. East Coast is our destination for the second time this summer. I wake up each morning and go for my 8 mile run, followed by a swim and then boating. Cadence has taken to the life aquatic like fish to water. He is learning power boating and swimming with Daddy every day.
