When you refuse to be held down by convention, even the ground starts to feel like air. Really enjoyed racing in the 106th annual Bay to Breakers in San Francisco to raise a substantial amount for Bay Area charities. Clocked in the 7.5 miler in 56 minutes. There is no finish line to life when you stop wasting time in front of a TV screen. Keep on hammering the quadriceps. Respect the mettle. Persist to the level where your boredom gets bored, your tiredness gets tired and your delusions get deluded. Next race is the Big Sur Half Marathon.
