Running, Swimming, Sailing: Things To Do Today At Our Summer Home In NY

Every summer we let our emotions wander at our summer home in New York. Our son is very happy to be here and has no trouble with the long flight. My daily ritual consists of waking up every morning to a fresh bowl of blueberries and running 8 miles a day (rather than my usual 7000 meters on the ergometer and 6.5 miles uphill on the treadmill). After my run, I cool down with a long swim. The water feels surprisingly warm at this time of year. We also have a new sail boat to complement our speedboat and two jet skis. We are enjoying the tranquility of the water, rhythm of the waves, sand between toes, chirping of birds and taking in the glorious sunshine everyday at our summer home.
